Alfia Spritz
Ingredients
1 part of Alfia Belgian Bitter
2 parts of Prosecco
Hint of sparkling water (to taste)
Ice cubes
Slice of orange
Preparation
Fill up a large wine glass with ice cubes
Pour 1 part of Alfia Belgian Bitter over the ice
Add 2 parts of Prosecco for a sparkling twist
Add a hint of sparkling water
Stir shortly to mix all the flavours
Garnish with a slice of orange


Negroni d'Alfia
Ingredients
30 ml of Alfia Belgian Bitter
30 ml of Belgian juniper (or a Belgian gin for a modern twist)
30 ml of red vermouth
Ice cubes
Orange peel or lemon zest for garnishing
Preparation
Fill a low glass with ice cubes
Pour 30 ml Alfia Belgian Bitter in the glass, followed by the Belgian juniper and the vermouth
Stir gently for 20 seconds
Garnish with orange peel or lemon zest. Squeeze the peel slightly on the drink before adding it for extra flavour


Alfia Sour
Ingredients
60 ml of Alfia Belgian Bitter
30 ml of fresh lemon juice
15 ml of sugar syrup
1 eggwhite (optional for the foam collar)
Ice cubes
lemon peel for garnishing
Preparation
Add the Alfia, lemon juice, sugar syrup and eggwhite to a shaker, without the ice cubes
Shake thoroughly to whisk the foam (dry shake).
Add ice cubes and shake again
Pour the cocktail over a sieve into a cooled glass
Garnish with a lemon peel for a fresh touch
